If you are facing diffculties in getting productive workers, the Pareto Principle can improve the efficiency for recruitment and the productivity. How does Pareto Principle work in real life? The Pareto Principle states that for many results, 80% of consequences come from 20% of causes. 

What kind of practice can help the productivity? 

  1. Never stop new recruitment. Don’t expect the senior workers will stay with you till the contract end. Although the foreign workers Temporary Working Visa (PLKS) can extend for 10 years (maximum), but 80% of them will return to home country before or when the contract mature. You must plan the new reruitment in advance time
  2. Terminate the non-disciplined workers. Generally, employers who always shortage of workers are more likely will tolerate with the minor group of bad behaved workers. By right, you should terminate the bad role model in right way before they influence the others. Always remember the Poison in the Wine Principle. 
  3. Train the workers with a SOP. Make a clear & unambigous instruction  that the workers can understand and work accordingly. So, they will master the job in no time. Besides that, you will find a minor group of  workers who manage to handle the complicated job, liked production line leader. 
  4. Award the workers who outperform the workforce. Make a reward system to promote the workers by recognize them with titles or giving incentive. Based on the Butterfly Effect, a good or bad behavior workers can have a big impact on the working environment. That’s why designing a reward system is important. 

Lastly, make your business more productive is always a challenge to all industries. Even though the techonolgies make our job easier, but still many jobs cannot be done without the workers. Therefore, appreciate and respect them.

      3. Fungsi JTKSM (Akta 265) mempunyai lebih 100 Seksyen dan Peraturan, harus memahami seberapa yang boleh dijelaskan kepada majikan.

      4. Butiran termasuk gaji pokok , jawatan, cuti tahunan, cuti sakit tahuan , cuti umum, cuti bersalin, umur persaraan, faedah dan elaun memenuhi syarat

      5. Sekiranya terdapat kesilapan, majikan mesti dinasihat untuk segera selaras kesalahan! Selesaikan lebih awal untuk mengelakkan didenda oleh pihak berkuasa. Setelah menyelesaikan masalah baru menjalani perniagaan masih sempat.

      6. Keuntungan wang adalah penting, selesaikan masalah terlebih dahulu sebelum keuntungan bermula! Dengan cara mengurangkan masalah, majikan akan meningkatkan kepercayaan mereka kepada anda.

      7. Setelah mendapat perniagaan, sentiasa peringatan kepada pelanggan! Mereka mencipta peluang pekerjaan untuk pekerja, kami dapat menghulur bantuan dari cara betul tetapi bukan melindungi daripada menutup kesalahan!

      8. Setiap APS bersama menyumbang, masalah sosial akan segera dikurangkan serta merta . Kesusahan dan tidak dapat dielakkan semasa ,tetapi ia boleh memberi nilai dilakukan sekiranya anda berhasrat menyelesaikannya!

      9. Sekiranya menghadapi ralat yang tidak dapat diselesaikan, boleh ke pejabat buruh berdekatan untuk meminta cara yang betul penyelesaian. Apa yang keinginan oleh pihak JTK , kewajiban adalah kerjasama dari seluruh rakyat, dan bukannya membebankan tugasan kepada mereka! Kerana mereka juga seperti kita, mempunyai keluarga yang menanti mereka kembali!
